Release context
Come Together marked Sesto Sento's return to a full album of original material after the Remixer project. Released in 2006 on Com.Pact Records, it arrived at a point when the trio had already spent several years touring and releasing heavily, so the record belongs to their established phase rather than their formative one.
The album also helped define the middle of Sesto Sento's first decade. It sits between the bright early records and 2008's Key To The Universe, with the group's melodic full-on approach becoming increasingly polished and festival-oriented. In catalogue terms, it is the record that reconnects their original-album sequence after the deliberately outward-looking remix experiment.
