Release context
*He.art* is Astrix’s fourth studio album, released in February 2016. The record includes collaborations with Ace Ventura, Ritmo and Tristan, plus Astrix’s remix of Juno Reactor, giving the album a strong connection to the wider psychedelic scene around him.
What makes *He.art* important in the catalogue is the balance between scale and restraint. Astrix had long been known for huge festival energy, but the album places that power inside more patient, hypnotic arrangements and detailed production. It became one of the clearest statements of his later sound.
