Release context
Time Is Illusion is a 2024 Volcano single on Sacred Technology and follows several years after the debut solo album Only Human. With Volcano now firmly established as Hanan Gorenshtin's own project, the release no longer has to carry the introductory weight of the earlier singles.
Instead, it belongs to the post-album phase of the catalogue, where standalone tracks can extend the project without needing to explain the artist's background through Vertical Mode or Volcano On Mars. That shift is small but important: Volcano is functioning as a mature solo identity in its own right.
