Release context
Rollercoaster is a 2021 Volcano single on Sacred Technology and comes from the same year as the debut solo album Only Human. By this stage Hanan Gorenshtin had already spent many years producing within collaborative projects, so the single belongs to the period when Volcano was finally being consolidated as a full solo catalogue.
Its timing gives Rollercoaster more context than a standalone track might suggest. It sits around the album campaign that turned Volcano from a long-running production name into a project with its own complete full-length statement.
