Release context
*The Remixes* was released by BMSS Records in 2025 as a compact two-track Total Eclipse remix project. Rather than presenting new original compositions, it hands established Total Eclipse material to Mandukya and another remix treatment, placing the group’s catalogue in the hands of contemporary psychedelic producers.
For a project with roots going back to the early 1990s, releases like this show how the music continues to circulate beyond its original era. The EP is therefore less a major new chapter than a useful example of Total Eclipse’s continuing presence in modern psytrance culture.
