Release context
*Into The New Room* marked a new Total Eclipse chapter in 2021 through Blue Room Sounds. The three-track EP connected the project back to the Blue Room lineage while introducing the later writing partnership of Stéphane Holweck and Marios Trivyzas.
That context is important because the release is not simply a nostalgic return. Blue Room Sounds presented the renewed Total Eclipse work as fresh material growing out of the project’s history, with the older catalogue serving as a reference point rather than a template. The EP therefore bridges the original 1990s identity and the group’s modern incarnation.
