Release context
As A Child I Could Walk on The Ceiling is an early 1997 EP by The Delta on Blue Room Released. The Delta grew from the same German creative circle associated with X-Dream, but the project developed a darker, more mechanical and techno-leaning identity of its own.
This EP belongs to the point before The Delta's later albums fully defined that sound. Its Blue Room setting also places the release inside one of the most adventurous psychedelic labels of the 1990s, when the boundaries between Goa trance, techno and experimental electronics were still unusually fluid.
