Release context

Mad Attack followed Hyperactive as Nomad's next major album for 3D Vision Records in 2003. The two-year gap is short enough that it feels like a continuation of the same productive phase, but by this point Nomad was no longer introducing the project; he was working from an established place in the label's catalogue.

Its importance is therefore mainly in continuity. Mad Attack keeps Nomad tied to the core 3D Vision sound of the early 2000s and shows the project developing within the same label environment rather than moving between imprints or rebuilding its identity elsewhere.
