*Aquatic Serenade* is U-Recken’s debut album, released through Dooflex Records in 2006. It introduced Yaniv Ben-Ari’s project in full-length form and established the melodic, emotionally direct approach that became central to U-Recken’s identity.
The album matters most as the starting point for a catalogue that later moved through several labels and increasingly polished productions. Heard in that sequence, *Aquatic Serenade* captures U-Recken before the later Dacru period, with the project’s core ideas already present but still close to their first full-length expression.
