Sub-Human is the debut EP by SCHROTT, the collaboration between HypoGeo and Kromagon. Released in 2021 as a joint Zenon Records and Noise Kult project, it brought together two producers already known for dark, highly detailed progressive psychedelia and gave their shared work its own identity.
The concept was deliberately dystopian, built around mechanical, industrial imagery and a sense of dysfunctional systems running on autopilot. Four original tracks are joined by an Electrypnose remix of HoogaBooga, so the EP works both as an introduction to SCHROTT and as a connection point between several artists associated with the darker edge of progressive psytrance.
