Release context
4 Days of Madness is an early PsySex EP from 1998, released on Krembo Records before the project's first HOMmega album. It belongs to the formative stage of the partnership between Goblin and Yoni Oshrat, when their catalogue was still being built through compact vinyl releases rather than long-form albums.
Seen from the later PsySex discography, the EP works as a useful prelude to Expressions of Rage. It captures the project before its long association with HOMmega became central, and before Oshrat's later work as Ace Ventura gave one half of the duo a separate progressive-psytrance identity.
