Release context
*The Thirteenth Step* is a four-track Merkaba release from the early Zenon period. It sits close to *Awaken* in the project’s development and shares the same interest in deep progressive structures, tribal rhythm and immersive psychedelic space.
The shorter format makes it feel more concentrated than the album, but it is part of the same artistic world. Rather than functioning as a separate stylistic experiment, it reinforces the musical language that made Merkaba distinctive inside the Zenon catalogue.
