Release context
Let Go reconnects Liquid Soul and Ace Ventura with the track that started their Liquid Ace partnership. The original collaboration dates back to 2006, when it appeared on Iboga Records’ Superstition compilation during the period when progressive psytrance was gathering momentum.
The 2021 release pairs a newly polished version of the original with a remix by IKØN, whose stated aim was to connect the older progressive feel with contemporary production. That makes the release less a simple reissue than a bridge between two periods of the scene, while also restoring the first Liquid Ace collaboration to wider digital circulation.
