Release context
*Beautiful Chaos - The Remixes* follows the duo's 2023 album *Beautiful Chaos* and hands its material to a deliberately high-profile group of remixers including Ajja, Burn in Noise, Dickster, Electric Universe, GMS, Laughing Buddha, Spectra Sonics, Zyce and Flegma. The 2026 album turns one Killerwatts record into a broad snapshot of the surrounding psytrance network.
Killerwatts is the joint project of Tristan Cooke and Leon Kane (Avalon), formed in 2010. Their catalogue is built around full albums but also a large number of collaborations and remix projects, so later reinterpretations are part of the project's normal life cycle rather than afterthoughts.
