Release context
Shear Force - The Remixes revisits Kaempfer & Dietze’s 2008 single with a much broader set of interpretations. Issued by IONO MUSIC the following year, the collection expands one track into an eight-version package rather than simply adding a single alternate mix.
The release also reinforces the importance of Shear Force within the duo’s small catalogue. Kaempfer & Dietze was never as extensive a project as Protonica, so a full remix package gives this track a central role in documenting the producers’ work outside their main psytrance identity.
