Release context
*Crossover* was released by HOMmega Productions in 2008 and uses the album format to place Chakra alongside a wide set of collaborators, remixers and related artists. Credits across the programme include Edi Mis, Audio Junkies, Sub6, Black & White, Liquid Metal, Yahel and John ’00’ Fleming.
That makes the title especially appropriate. Rather than presenting Chakra as a closed solo identity, the album maps the project across different corners of trance and psychedelic music. It is best understood as a collaborative, scene-connected release rather than a narrowly defined single-artist statement.
