Release context
Set/4 - Essentials is an Iboga Records compilation selected by Yuli Fershtat in 2005, placing him in a curatorial role during the same broad period in which his Perfect Stranger identity was becoming central to progressive psytrance.
Yuli Fershtat is the producer better known through Perfect Stranger and, earlier, BLT. Work under his own name often highlights the curatorial and slower, more progressive side of his career rather than simply repeating the Perfect Stranger identity.
