Release context
*Reality Is Just A Myth* is Mahamudra’s debut album, released by Utopia Records in 2007. The record introduced the Israeli project in full-length form at a time when full-on psytrance was still a major force in the international scene.
The album’s importance lies mainly in that debut status. It provides the baseline for the project’s later development, before Mahamudra moved through other labels and eventually returned after a long gap with new EP material in the mid-2010s.
