Farebi Jalebi is Adip Tupsy Sonar's psychedelic trance project, closely linked with Parvati Records and the Indian underground. The catalogue developed slowly through tracks and EPs before expanding into full album work, with a strong emphasis on intricate, organic sound design.
Iridescent follows Rhathymia (2021) in Farebi Jalebi's recorded catalogue. By 2022, the project already had enough history behind it for this ep to be heard as part of an established creative arc rather than a standalone introduction.
