Electric Universe is Boris Blenn's long-running German psychedelic trance project. Since the 1990s the catalogue has combined strong melodic writing with a recurring interest in live guitar, acoustic instruments and cosmic imagery, giving the project a recognisable identity across several eras of psytrance.
Within Electric Universe's catalogue, Cosmic Experience sits between Stardiver (1997) and Bansuri (2019). That position makes the album useful for hearing how the project was changing across that period rather than treating it as an isolated entry.
