Release context
Atmos is Tomasz Balicki's Swedish progressive trance project and one of the artists most closely associated with the early development of progressive psytrance. His albums helped establish a slower, more spacious alternative to full-on and Goa styles at the turn of the millennium.
Headcleaner is the earliest Atmos release currently represented in the ViralFlowMusic catalogue, preceding 2nd Brigade (2004). That makes it a useful starting point for hearing the ideas the project would develop more fully on the releases that followed.
