Release context
Source Energy Creations is a 2013 Solar Spectrum album released by Power House Records. Solar Spectrum is one of the projects associated with Swiss producer Ralph K. Freund, who is also known through Braincell, and the album belongs to a period when he was maintaining separate identities for different shades of psychedelic and progressive trance.
That project split is useful context for the record. Rather than placing every idea under Braincell, Solar Spectrum gave Freund a dedicated space for a more progressive direction, and Source Energy Creations sits within that parallel catalogue instead of functioning as a side note to his better-known work.
