Release context
Another Reality followed Reality Check! in 2009 and kept Reality Grid with Wildthings Records. The title almost reads like a deliberate continuation, and the two-year gap suggests a project building on an established relationship with the label rather than changing direction through a new imprint.
That continuity matters because Wildthings had a strong musical identity of its own. Reality Grid's second album therefore belongs to the same UK psychedelic ecosystem as the debut, but with two more years of touring and studio work behind it before the later Cow House album extended the sequence again.
