Grouch in Dub is the dub-focused branch of New Zealand producer Oscar Allison's wider Grouch project. It keeps the psychedelic production mindset but shifts the centre of gravity away from club-oriented psytrance and toward bass music, dub and spacious live-feeling arrangements. That distinction is important on the self-titled material, which works as its own project statement rather than a stylistic detour hidden inside a standard Grouch release.
