Release context
*Casting Off* is a 2018 collaboration between Arcon and Dickster. It belongs to the broad network of joint productions that has always surrounded Dick Trevor's solo work, alongside projects such as Circuit Breakers and collaborations with Space Tribe, Hypnocoustics and others.
Dickster's discography makes more sense when those collaborations are treated as part of the main story rather than occasional extras. They connect his solo work to the wider network of artists he has produced and performed with for decades.
