Release context
Burn in Noise is Gustavo Manfroni's Brazilian psychedelic trance project. His catalogue is known for warm basslines, dense psychedelic detail and a strong collaborative streak that later extended into Circuit Breakers and numerous joint releases.
Within Burn in Noise's catalogue, Passing Clouds sits between Broken MP3 (2005) (2005) and Beyond Known Space (2014). That position makes the album useful for hearing how the project was changing across that period rather than treating it as an isolated entry.
