Release context
*Unconscious Structures EP* forms part of the same 2019 period as *Gaia*. Rather than treating the album as a self-contained campaign, Braincell was releasing additional material around it, giving that year a broader footprint than one LP alone.
Braincell is Ralph Freund's long-running psychedelic trance project, and these releases belong to a particularly productive late-2010s/early-2020s stretch of the catalogue.
