Release context
Spectral Waves is a later Nerso single from 2018, released through TesseracT Studio seven years after his debut album Exploration of Infinity. Its position in the catalogue is useful because it shows Nerso continuing with the label long after the first wave of Serbian progressive releases that established his name.
Unlike the collaboration-heavy debut album, Spectral Waves is a compact solo statement. That makes it a cleaner view of Nerso's own production identity at this stage, after years of work alongside artists such as Flegma, Sideform, E-Clip and Middle Mode had already placed him firmly within the regional progressive-psytrance network.
