Release context
Fragments opens the KOBI solo catalogue on Nano Records in 2019. Kobi Toledano had already spent more than a decade as part of LOUD, so the project was not a debut in production terms; it was a deliberate reset under his own name after years of working inside a duo.
That background gives the EP its real context. KOBI became the place where Toledano could develop a leaner, more hypnotic and techno-informed approach while keeping the psychedelic roots of his earlier work. Fragments therefore marks the beginning of a post-LOUD solo chapter rather than the start of his career.
