Release context
Nimididae 2005–2006 is an archival Kashyyyk album released by Kamino Records in May 2026 from music Pablo Valdés made two decades earlier. The label explicitly presents the set as material recovered from archives, hard drives and memories rather than as newly composed retro psytrance.
That distinction is central to the release. These tracks document Kashyyyk's mid-2000s studio language and early artistic foundations, while the later mastering and release context make it possible to hear that period as a coherent album for the first time.
