Release context
Uncharted Vol. 21 continues DJ Oonah’s long relationship with Dacru Records and the label’s talent-focused compilation series. For the 2021 edition he selected ten previously unreleased tracks with a particular emphasis on melodic full-on psytrance.
That focus helps distinguish this volume from a generic catalogue roundup. The Uncharted concept is built around placing emerging producers alongside more familiar names, and Oonah’s selection makes Vol. 21 a useful snapshot of the melodic side of the scene at that point in Dacru’s history.
